At 6:30 p.m. ET, Sam Darnold’s Seattle Seahawks host Matthew Stafford’s Los Angeles Rams at Lumen Field in the 2026 NFC Championship game.

This will be the third time these powerhouse clubs have met this season. In the first contest, the Rams ran away with a dramatic 21-19 victory. Their dramatic second meeting was capped by the Seahawks’ 16-point comeback in regulation to tie the game followed by answering the Rams’ OT touchdown with one of their own and a two-point conversion to seal the deal.

“It’s going to be a hell of an atmosphere, an environment,” Rams head coach Sean McVay said Monday. “…[these] are the moments you feel the most alive as a competitor, and we got to go handle it against a freaking damn good football team.”

Expect a close contest.
