High school baseball is heating up across the state of Florida, as the semifinal round of the playoffs will set the stage for championship matchups.
Class Rural and Class 1A contests will launch a huge slate of games with semifinal action on Wednesday, May 14. Championship battles for Class 2A through Class 7A will occur from Thursday, May 15, through Wednesday, May 21.
Games will be played at Hammond Stadium in the Lee Health Sports Complex in Fort Myers, Fla. The stadium serves as the spring training home of MLB's Minnesota Twins.

The Florida high school baseball playoffs will not air on a national TV channel. Games can be streamed live on the NFHS Network.
