Meghan Trainor changed the lyrics of her body-positive song “All About That Bass” after her weight loss transformation and breast augmentation.
The pop star was performing the 2014 hit during iHeartRadio’s KIIS-FM Wango Tango Saturday when she made the surprising change.
Fans were quick to notice that instead of Trainor singing her original lyrics, “Yeah it’s pretty clear, I ain’t no size two,” she swapped the words to sing, “Yeah, it’s pretty clear, I got some new boobs.”
The “Made You Look” artist, 31, was flooded with words of encouragement from her doting fans as well as trolling comments from her haters.
“She ain’t got no bass left though,” one rude person commented on an Instagram post about her lyrical change.
“Can we just support women doing whatever tf they want to their bodies? My god,” a supporter hit back.
“I think she looks great! Good for her for doing whatever the hell she wants to do!” a fan gushed.
“Both of those lyrics are examples of being comfortable in your own skin and doing what makes you happy 🤷🏼♀️. This shouldn’t be divisive lol,” another added.
“But if she sang she’s a size 2 people would still be upset,” someone pointed out.
“Everyone is body positive until they get their hands on Ozempic,” a negative social media user said.
Trainor admitted in March that she got breast implants and underwent a breast lift procedure.
“I’ve got some big news to share. Yup, I got my boobs done,” Trainor said in a sponsored video at the time.
“As you know, I’m in a super busy chapter of my life. I’ve been touring, working and mommy-ing really hard, so recently I’ve decided to do something just for me: I got a breast lift and augmentation with Motiva Implants. Finally!”

The Grammy winner said she was ready for the transformation now that she has been living a healthier lifestyle after having two kids — sons Riley, 4, and Barry, 1 — with husband Daryl Sabara.
“I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I’m so obsessed,” she said.
Trainor admitted that she had “always struggled” to love her “saggy” boobs and explained that they were uneven.
“I love my results so much,” she cheered. “My breasts look fuller yet completely natural and they complement my body proportions beautifully.”
A month later, Trainor admitted to taking weight loss medication after internet sleuths speculated that she was using Ozempic to slim down.
“I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy,” she shared on social media at the time.
“And I’m so glad I did because I feel great.”
