How to grow the Christmas Tree fast in Grow a Garden

The latest Grow a Garden Christmas update allows players to earn rewards by growing a large Christmas Tree, and earn rewards depending on the weight. As such, players who want all the rewards will want to grow it as fast as possible, since extra rewards are also farmable after a threshold.

Best tips to grow the Christmas Tree fast in Grow a Garden

Before we dive into the details, it is important to know how the CHristmas Tree mechanic works. Upon interacting with the area at the center of the map with Larry the Lumberjack, players will obtain a free Pristmatic-tier Christmas Tree seed, which they must plant in their garden. This plant is different from other normal flora in the game in the sense that it only grows when watered using the Wonder Water.

This is a unique event-exclusive watering can with a shiny gold aesthetic that is obtained upon submitting Christmas-mutation fruits at its designated banner. The key is to farm Wonder Water cans by submitting as many mutated fruit as possible. Since snowy and other mutations only occur periodically, here are some ways to speed things up.

• Use plants that grow fast and also offer decent plant points: The type and rarity of a fruit affects how much the gauge to obtain a Wonder Water can fill. As such, it is best to use plants that grow fruits relatively quickly, such as Tomatoes or Coconuts.
• Use Christmas Pets: Several newly introduced Christmas-themed pets can mutate fruits with a Christmas mutation, such as Reindeer and Ice Golem.
• Use Christmas Radar: This is an item purchasable from Santa's Shop, which automatically collects all relevant mutated fruit and stores them in the players' backpack. This makes for quick farming sessions, so players should buy them from the shop when they are in stock.

Once the Wonder Water cans have been obtained, simply water it to have it grow. Each growth spurt increases its weight by a bit, and reaching specific weight milestones rewards players with different items. Do note that since it is a plant, the Christmas Tree will grow offline like other flora in the game.
