RV There Yet have added wildlifes to make the off-road adventure more challenging. Like bears and eagles, snakes are a lethal environment hazard that you will want to avoid. Here are ways to escape the reptile and avoid getting poisoned to death:

• Stay inside the RV: Your RV is your safe haven from environmental hazards, including snakes. Unless you really need to gather equipment, stay inside as much as possible or ride away from the location when you hear the hissing sound. Unlike bears, snakes can't breach the vehicle, so you'll be safe.
• Create distraction: As specified, snakes are unkillable, so you have to distract them if they are blocking your path. Just pick up any throwable object from your inventory and throw it away from your location, preferably to an open spot. The snake will be distracted and chase the object. Repeat the process multiple times until your patch is clear.
• Use antidote: If a snake bites you or a party member despite the precautions, you'll have only a few seconds to act. Use the antidote to avoid succumbing to the poison. You can apply the antidote on yourself or any party member.

Although snakes have random spawn locations, they are more likely to appear near water bodies and checkpoints. Therefore, they are mostly likely to catch you off guard. Thankfully, they let out a loud hissing noise. When you hear it, jump in your vehicle or be prepared to use an antidote.
