The following section details the steps to complete the First in Line quest in Escape from Tarkov:

• First off, arm yourself with appropriate gear and load into a Ground Zero raid. Since it's the tutorial map, it will be unlocked automatically. When you load in, head north towards the Emercom checkpoint. Since there are multiple PMC spawns in that area, you should be cautious on your way.
• If you just started playing this extraction shooter title and are not familiar with Ground Zero, use the interactive map from Tarkov Wiki to navigate around the map.

• When you reach the northern side of the map, go left where the Emercom station is located. When you go close to the tent, the first objective will be completed.
• Now all you have to do is turn in three “Found In Raid” medical items. These include any healing items such as Salewa, Afak, Ifak, and bleed heals (Esmarch and Bandages), and painkillers (Vaseline, Analgin, and more).
• To distinguish the FIR item, you need to look for a white tick mark on the bottom right of the item. If the quest is active, then the icon will be golden instead of white.
• If you took your time in the tutorial mission, then you should have more than three medical items in your stash. Otherwise, you can loot around the Terragroup building and the Emercom checkpoint to find some.
