Jaelan Phillips' fiancée Samantita shares untold stories of Eagles LB in heartfelt note on couple's first anniversary

Jaelan Phillips’ fiancée, Samantita Bonita, penned a heartfelt message for the NFL star on their first anniversary. On Sunday, she shared a few pictures of them celebrating their milestone, along with a long message for the Philadelphia Eagles linebacker.

She started the caption by wishing Phillips on the anniversary and calling him her “best friend.”

"Happy 1 year anniversary to my forever love!! I love you SO much you’re truly my best friend ❤️ I never used to think that your significant other could be your best friend but you’re everything to me and more," she wrote.

Bonita also revealed how Phillips has made her pregnancy so “stress-free” and said she feels like she is “living in a dream.” She also called him the “best daddy to Shiloh.”

Jaelan Phillips and Samantita Bonita are expecting their first child, a boy. The couple will welcome the baby in March 2026.

Bonita also shared the sweet stories of their one year of togetherness. She revealed that the couple had known each other for "16 years" before they started to date.

"Everyone in life should strive to be like you! 1 year together, but 16 years of knowing you. Im so happy we reunited in this life," she wrote. "And I’m so glad you were in my 4th grade class jayleenie😜and throwback to driving around in my Prius in highschool blasting What a Time to be Alive, and young thug (you’re welcome for changing ur musical life🤣) I can’t wait to grow old together and look back on our life together and watch our kids grow up."

Jaelan Phillips and Samantita Bonita are going strong, and last month the couple revealed the gender of their baby. She also shared a glimpse of her baby's growth by posting a few sonographic images, including one in which the baby was sucking his toe. The couple got engaged in August this year.

This week, the Eagles played against the Detroit Lions and won their eighth game of the season, 16-9. They won four consecutive matches at the start of the season and then lost two in a row before winning four more. They are leading in the NFC East standings.
