How old is Charli D'Amelio? Allegations against Banks involving TikTok star explored

Following the mass streamer exodus from FaZe Clan on Christmas Day 2025, Ricky "Banks," the Clan's former CEO, touched on his involvement in the situation and his relationship with the content creators involved, including PlaqueBoyMax. In the wake of his public falling out with Max, allegations of grooming involving TikTok star Charli D'Amelio were leveled against Ricky.

These allegations first came to light after Max's cousin and production team member, Morgan, known as FatBoyDip online, suggested that Banks was in a sexual relationship with D'Amelio before she turned 18. As of this writing, the TikTok influencer is 21 years old, having been born on May 1, 2004.

In a recent stream, FatBoyDip said:

"Put it on God, you wasn't f**king Charli D'Amelio when she was 18. I want to take that a step further, put it on God you ain't f**ked that b**ch when she was 17... I know you f**ked that b**ch... B**ch can't even drink, gang..."

These allegations further gained traction after popular streamer BruceDropEmOff chimed in, calling Banks a "groomer":

"That's how you got Charli D'Amelio. You was able to manipulate her. She was young, and you are 20-plus years older than her. You manipulated her, you're a groomer! Weirdo. She was 17, Ricky!"

"Our lawyers will be in contact": Banks announces legal action against PlaqueBoyMax's team following allegations of grooming involving Charli D'Amelio

During one of his regular drama reviews, streamer Felix "xQc" shared his take on Banks' situation and suggested that he take legal action:

"If that were me, I would just sue. Out of all the things that you could say about somebody... this is not just childish to say outrageous sh*t like that, it's just not right. I would just sue instantly."

Soon after, on December 28, 2025, the former FaZe Clan CEO issued a statement regarding the allegations. In his message, he mentioned being "on the phone" with D'Amelio as he typed his words. He also added how the individuals responsible for spreading these claims are "pure evil":

"Wow, the ultimate line has been crossed. To lie about something so disgusting and harmful is despicable. You guys are pure evil. For the record I first met Charli in April of 2024 a couple weeks before her 20th birthday. Our relationship is nobody's business and it's disgusting that these people lied about it to hurt me with zero regard for how it affects her."

Banks clarified that his relationship with the TikTok star began in April 2024, "a couple of weeks before her 20th birthday." He concluded his message by stating that his lawyers would be in contact with PlaqueBoyMax's team:

"I'm on the phone with Charli as I type this. This is beyond unfair. Neither her or I deserve this and again we will be in pursuit of the truth and handling this legally moving forward. Our lawyers will be in contact with PlaqueBoyMax team."

Notably, D'Amelio responded to Banks' official statement on X with a thumbs-up emoji, indicating her approval of his message.
