Towards the end of the Milwaukee Bucks' 112-103 win over the Chicago Bulls, Giannis Antetokounmpo converted a windmill dunk in the dying seconds, igniting an argument between the two teams' benches. For the Bulls, the dunk broke the unwritten rule in the dying seconds, where the game's result is already decided.

Antetokounmpo spoke up about the windmill dunk after the game, saying that the sequence could wake the team up, especially as they are looking to climb up the Eastern Conference standings.

"Like we’re fighting for our lives right now," Giannis said. "This is real talk, I’ve been 13 years in the league, if we keep on losing, brother, probably half of the team’s not going to be here."

"We’re not going to make the playoffs (in 11th). Like I really don’t care. At the end of the day, I just want to be available, be healthy, and help my team win. And if that’s what has to happen for them – everybody – to wake up and understand like we’re fighting for our lives and we gotta get our hands dirty, so be it."

Bulls guard reflects on Giannis' late-game dunk

Chicago Bulls guard Coby White found Giannis' dunk disrespectful, pointing out that he should not have done that.

After the game, White revealed what he told Giannis during the scuffle between the two squads.

"He shouldn't have dunked the ball," White said. "It's disrespectful to the game. I said, 'Bro, you're better than that.' The game is over with. Why you got to do that? It's a respect thing."

The Bulls remained in the ninth seed, two spots above the Bucks in the East, with a 15-16 record.

The Bucks will return to action on Monday, Dec. 29, against the Charlotte Hornets, while the Bulls will next face the Minnesota Timberwolves on the same date.
