Soulblazers' Snowbound Journey is the flagship event of the Genshin Impact Luna III version. Like other flagship events, this is a limited-time event, and you can participate in it until January 5, 2026. This event offers a lot of Primogems, Mora, and Hero's Wit, among other materials, as rewards for completing all challenges. Furthermore, you can also obtain a special 4-star event bow, Rainbow Serpent's Rain Bow, from this event.

Guide for the Soulblazers' Snowbound Journey event in Genshin Impact

In the Soulblazers' Snowbound Journey event, you can participate in four different mini-games to obtain Blazing Spirit. After a sufficient amount of Blazing Spirit is accumulated, you can exchange it for Primogems, Crown of Insight, Sanctifying Essence, Character Talent Level-up materials, the 4-star Rainbow Serpent's Rain Bow, and its refinement items.

To begin this event, you must first complete The Shining Warriors Take the Stage quest. After completing the first part of this event quest, you can unlock these mini-games:

• Snowtrace
• Frontier Recon
• Jade Pitching
• Trial of Valor

All four mini-games have unique gameplay styles, and one of them, such as the Snowtrace, is a rerun of the popular Windtrace event. In each mini-game, you must complete specific challenges and stages to earn all rewards from the event. Furthermore, not all stages for these mini-games are unlocked, and you must wait for a few days to earn all rewards from the event.

Soulblazers' Snowbound Journey - Gameplay objectives for the mini-games

To unlock the mini-games in the Soulblazers' Snowbound Journey event, you must complete certain mini-quests. After completing these quests, you can unlock the mini-games, and after completing each stage in these games, you will obtain Primogems and Blazing Spirit.

Snowtrace is the rerun of one of the most popular Genshin Impact events, Windtrace. In this event, you either get to be a Hunter or a Rebel. If you are a Hunter, you must capture all Rebels in the area before the timer runs out. The Hunter also has higher Movement SPD and lower Stamina consumption during each level. Furthermore, you can also unlock various special abilities that will help you catch the Rebels.

Meanwhile, the Rebels' task is to escape from the Hunter and to hold out till the timer of the stage runs out. Once you get captured, you will enter the Observer Mode, and you can place Illusory Beacons to throw off the Hunter and help other Rebels. Rebels will also gain special abilities that allow them to blend into the surrounding area.

Each level is set in the Dragonspine area, so the Rebels will be affected by Sheer Cold. After accumulating a certain amount of Cold, you will be frozen, and the Hunter can easily catch you. To remove the Cold, Rebels must activate the Heat Sources in the surrounding area. However, when these sources are activated, a small symbol appears on the mini-map for other Rebels and Hunters.

Lastly, after some time, snowstorms will appear on the arena, and the visibility of both Hunters and Rebels will decrease. Furthermore, their coordinates on the mini-map will be hidden during the snowstorm. However, during the snowstorm, Rebels will accumulate Cold more quickly.

At specific time intervals, some Snowwhite Favors will descend on the field, which can significantly help either side. To obtain all rewards in this mini-game, players must collect a certain amount of Windtrace Coins. These coins can be obtained after completing a level as either a Hunter or a Rebel in the Snowtrace mini-game. Furthermore, depending on your performance, you can also gain additional Windtrace Coins.

Frontier Recon

In Frontier Recon, you must take control of the Saury-Saury Scout to fly along a particular path while collecting Adventure Coins and dodging the obstacles in the course. You must complete each stage within a specific time limit. Furthermore, depending on the time you have left and the number of Adventure Coins collected, you can get a higher score.

In each level, you can also come across various power-ups throughout the course that can help you complete the level faster. Do note that if you hit the obstacles in the course, you will lose some points.

Jade Pitching

In the Jade Pitching mini-game, players must throw snowballs at a certain number of snowmen. Furthermore, during each stage, some special snowmen will also spawn, and hitting them will grant additional points.

Lastly, some Prize Rings will be generated at certain intervals during each stage. If the snowballs thrown through this ring hit any snowman, you will gain double the points.

Trial of Valor

The fourth mini-game in the Soulblazers' Snowbound Journey event is Trial of Valor, and it is a combat challenge. Each stage features various trial characters that you can utilize in battle. Furthermore, in every stage, you can select up to two unique buffs, Battle Souls, to increase the base points and score multiplier that you obtain after defeating enemies.

To obtain all rewards in these combat challenges, you must earn a specific number of points. Depending on your team composition, you can select the Battle Souls to increase the amount of points that you gain after defeating enemies. Furthermore, each stage also has a unique Base Aura that helps you obtain additional points when the special effect of the Base Aura is triggered.
