Team India head coach Gautam Gambhir's reaction was caught as Hardik Pandya opened his account with a flat six in the fifth T20I against South Africa in Ahmedabad. The all-rounder's six hit a cameraman's shoulder, and Gambhir couldn't help but react in an animated manner after the blow.

The incident occurred in the 13th over of the innings as Pandya walked out after India captain Suryakumar Yadav was dismissed for five off seven by Corbin Bosch. Pandya made his intentions clear from the outset, stepping out to the right-arm speedster and pumped a six over long-off. The cameraman copped a blow to his shoulder, and the Indian team's physio was spotted icing it.

Here's the video of the moment:

The seam-bowling all-rounder has already delivered one match-winning performance in the series, hammering a 29-ball 58* in the first T20I on a tricky surface in Cuttack. His innings had propelled the Men in Blue to 175 from where they emerged victorious by 101 runs.

Although Tilak Varma top-scored for Team India in the fifth T20I with 73, Pandya's 63 was equally effective as the hosts set the Proteas 232 for victory in Ahmedabad. Having signalled his intentions from the word go, the star cricketer put left-arm spinner George Linde to the sword. Linde's final over saw the all-rounder clobbering him for two maximums and as many fours to take 27 runs off six balls.

The 32-year-old reached his half-century in the 18th over of the innings by hitting Corbin Bosch for a six but got dismissed by Ottneil Baartman in the 20th after a 105-run partnership with Tilak Varma. Tilak, on the other hand, reached his half-century in 30 deliveries and perished for 73.

Openers Abhishek Sharma and Sanju Samson set the tone for India with a 63-run opening stand in 5.3 overs as the hosts reached 231/5 in their stipulated 20 overs.
