Former Universal Champion who left WWE 9 months ago makes 2 surprise cameos in 24 hours

Former WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman, who was released earlier in May from the Stamford-based promotion, has shockingly made two surprise comebacks for the sports entertainment juggernaut within the time span of 24 hours.

Strowman was featured in a WWE exclusive video, "Everything on the Menu," uploaded to the promotion's official YouTube channel.

Moreover, the former Black Sheep of the Wyatt Family made a celebrity appearance on Hell's Kitchen, representing the sports entertainment juggernaut alongside the Judgment Day's former Women's World Champion, Liv Morgan, and Big E.

The former WWE Universal Champion was released from the Stamford-based promotion for the second time in May 2025 after his second run with World Wrestling Entertainment fell flat and didn't go as planned. Strowman had planned, leading to the Monster of All Monsters departing the TKO-owned wrestling company.

The former WWE Champion reveals he had panic attacks in public

While speaking on the Bret Kriesher Podcast, the 6-foot-8-inch professional wrestler revealed that he used to suffer from panic attacks when he was surrounded by a lot of fans and opened up about the stress that was brought upon him by being around a lot of people.

“I dealt with a lot of that. And then same thing, like I—I was a small—I grew up in a small town. I graduated high school, there’s like 400 kids in my high school. I’m the town mechanic to all of a sudden a couple years later, I’m on television on WWE in front of four million people every week. And you talk about developing social anxiety—I had like panic attack meltdowns in public before with getting bombarded with people coming up and not knowing how to handle [it] and all this other stuff." It will be interesting to see whether these surprise appearances by Strowman will lead to the third return of the former member of the Wyatt Family to the promotion.
