After giving a break to their talents for the Christmas season, WWE was back on the road on December 26 for the Live Holiday Tour. Former tag team champions made their return at one of the events after following a 55-day absence.

Angel and Berto, more famously known as Los Garza, were back in action on December 27 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They faced off against Fraxiom in a tag team match. After a back-and-forth matchup, Nathan Frazer and Axiom got the win, as per Cagematch.

It was Angel and Berto's first match back since November 2 at an AAA Alianzas event at the Showcenter Complex in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. They lost to Dave The Clown and Murder Clown of Los Psycho Circus in that match.

Los Garza hasn't won a match since beating Pagano and Psycho Clown to win the AAA World Tag Team Championship at TripleMania XXXIII on August 16.

They held the titles for less than a month, dropping the championship back to Pagano and Psycho Clown in a triple threat tag team match that also involved The Aztec Warriors at AAA Alianzas on September 7.
