"Let's go. You can do this," a fan said. "Perfect pocket presence, kid's got juice," another fan wrote.

Others questioned the hype surrounding him after his disappointing performance versus Chicago in Week 15.

"For what? An over hyped very average quarterback?" one fan commented.

"Only perfect timing he will have today. 3 INTs and an L loading…." a fan tweeted. "Let's goooo Bills," another fan commented.

Sanders threw three interceptions in the 31-3 loss to the Bears, completing 18 of 35 passes for 177 yards. His completion percentage was 51.4, along with a 30.3 passer rating.

Sanders ranks 48th in the NFL with a 52.2 completion percentage through four-plus appearances. He is 1-3 as a starter but performed well in Week 14 against Tennessee, throwing for 364 yards and four touchdowns in a 31-29 loss.

Buffalo brings the NFL's second-ranked pass defense into Cleveland on Sunday. The Bills have allowed just 35 plays of 20 yards or more, and they've surrendered only one pass of 40+ yards all season.

Shedeur Sanders will also be working behind a banged-up offensive line. Right tackle Jack Conklin was placed on injured reserve on Saturday, ending his season. KT Leveston is expected to start in his place. Conklin was in concussion protocol since Nov. 30 and played in only eight games this year.

Sanders will start until Week 18, giving him a chance to strengthen his case to be part of the franchise's future plans.
