Hailee Steinfeld is on cloud nine after marrying Bills quarterback Josh Allen this May.
During an interview for the cover of “Bustle,” published Tuesday, the “Sinners” actress gushed over the reigning NFL MVP, explaining that he’s a big reason she’s living her “dream” life.
“I literally thank God every day that I found my person, and it’s the greatest thing in the world,” Steinfeld, 28, said. “Life makes sense. Everything makes sense. I feel like I am stepping into the version that I’ve always dreamed of being, having so much to do with being with him.”
When asked if she wants kids, Steinfeld said, “Yes, of course.”
The couple tied the knot on a verdant estate in Santa Barbara, Calif.
Allen, 29, proposed to the Oscar-nominated actress in Malibu last November.
The pair, first photographed together in Manhattan in May 2023, had been dating for roughly two years when he got down on one knee under an arch of pink and red roses next to a body of water.
In a Q&A with Allen in her “Beau Society” newsletter last December, the All-Pro quarterback said Steinfeld brought up wanting to get married on the day he proposed.
“The funniest thing was that we woke up and were getting ready for brunch and you jumped on the bed and said, ‘Can we get married already?!? What are you waiting for??!’” Allen said. “I replied, ‘Just give me a little more time.’ Little did you know I was about to propose to you.”
Steinfeld told Bustle that they live close to the Bills practice facility and Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, but she spends a decent amount of time in New York City and Los Angeles for work.
The multi-platinum singer has managed to avoid the spotlight while quietly attending Bills home games this season.
