Despite the legal back and forth, McDermott—who also shares son Jack, 25, with ex Mary Jo Eustace—and Spelling have maintained a friendly co-parenting relationship amid their separation. Indeed, McDermott even emphasized last year that Calo and Spelling “get along fabulously.”

“I'm blessed, having everybody get along and come together for the greater good of the kids,” he told Page Six last March. “It's a beautiful thing."
