The Philadelphia Eagles have signed an established wide receiver, Marquise "Hollywood" Brown.
That will raise even more questions about trading away star WR A.J. Brown.
But first the news: Insider Jordan Schultz reports Tuesday that Hollywood is signing a one-year, $6.5 million deal with the Eagles.
It's a reasonable contract for a guy who right now will slot into the WR3 role in Philadelphia, which was vacated by the departed Jahan Dotson.
If A.J. Brown gets traded, Hollywood Brown would then become the No. 2 receiver opposite DeVonta Smith.
It was logical for Philly to add at least one more wideout from the open market.

A handful of the best free agent WRs have signed, although the likes of Jauan Jennings, Stefon Diggs and Deebo Samuel are still available after Hollywood's signing.
Hollywood Brown is the 5-foot-9 speedster who entered the NFL as a first-round pick by the Ravens in 2019.
He had a solid 2025 season with the Chiefs. He played 16 games and had 49 catches for 587 yards and five touchdowns.
He only played two games in 2024, but in 2023 when he was healthy for the Cardinals, he had 574 yards on 51 catches.
His best days with the Ravens are behind him, but Hollywood can still contribute.
And as far as A.J. Brown is concerned -- it still doesn't make financial sense for the Eagles to trade him before June 1. That likely will remain a waiting game.
