EA Sports has released the EA FC 26 Phantom Dash Evolution in Ultimate Team, allowing gamers to upgrade their goalkeepers and provide them with a massive speed upgrade on the virtual pitch. This is a free EVO and does not require any coins or FC Points to be unlocked, making it a valuable option for fans looking to upgrade their squads on a low budget.

This is only the second major goalkeeper EVO to be released in the game cycle so far, with the Keeper of the Goal EVO being the first. It is also one of the very few free EVOs to be released during the first week of the Ultimate Scream promo, making the EA FC 26 Phantom Dash Evolution especially enticing.

Similar to the previously released Keeper of the Goal EVO, the EA FC 26 Phantom Dash Evolution also has just two levels. These are the upgrades provided by each individual level of the EVO:

Level 1 upgrades:

• Weak Foot +1 star (Max three star)
• Handling +3 (Max 77)
• Acceleration +15 (Max 85)
• Sprint Speed +15 (Max 85)
• Diving +3 (Max 81)

Level 2 upgrades:

• Rush Out PlayStyle
• Positioning +2 (Max 83)
• Sprint Speed +15 (Max 85)
• Acceleration +15 (Max 85)
• Reflexes +5 (Max 84)
• Kicking +2 (Max 81)

As the EVO only applies to goalkeepers, it can not be completed in the Rush game mode. These are the challenges gamers will have to complete in game modes like Rivals, Squad Battles, Champions or Live Events to obtain all of the boosts:

Level 1 challenges:

• Win two matches in Squad Battles on minimum Semi Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions/Live Events) using your active EVO player.

Level 2 challenges:

• Play two matches in Squad Battles on minimum Semi Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions/Live Events) using your active EVO player.
• Win three matches while conceding one goal or fewer in Squad Battles on minimum Semi Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions/Live Events) using your active EVO player.
