David Harbour candidly addressed his ex-wife, Lily Allen, accusing him of cheating on her 2025 studio album, “West End Girl.”

“It was weird,” the “Stranger Things” star told Variety in an interview published Wednesday.

“I do believe that it is the privilege of every artist to use their experience to create art, and so I respect her for doing that.”

When asked if he would like to deny the allegations against him, Harbour, 51, responded, “Stories are complex.

“And that’s why I say I respect her creation of art to channel her experience. It wasn’t my experience,” the actor continued, explaining that his ability to “transform life into art was through acting.”

He emphasized his role in the forthcoming HBO series “DTF St. Louis” as ASL interpreter Floyd Smernitch, a role that required him to undergo a physical transformation and wear a prosthetic belly.

Harbour refused to elaborate more on the topic, saying, “I can’t really say that much more.

“It’s my private life,” the “Hellboy” star added. “In spite of the fact that a lot of people don’t allow me a private life — I value it.

“And I also value the lives of the people that I interact with privately,” he concluded. “I just won’t speak about that.”

A rep for Allen, 41, wasn’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

In February 2025, it was revealed that the songwriter and Harbour parted ways after four years of marriage, with Allen alluding to their downfall in her studio album released that October.

On the track “Dallas Major,” the Grammy nominee implied the “Black Widow” star, who wasn’t directly named, was a “sex addict” and crooned about being in an “open” relationship when the latter “went astray.”

Also on the 14-record track, Allen accused her partner of living a “double life,” alleging that she found his stash of lube, sex toys and condoms in a song titled “P–sy Palace.”

She also alleged to have found a receipt for a Bergdorf Goodman in the track “4chan Stan,” singing, “You took someone shopping there in May 24 / You bought her a handbag, it wasn’t cheap
/ I was in London, probably asleep.”

Allen, who officially filed for divorce in September, later addressed the album during an interview with Perfect Magazine, claiming, “There are definitely some things that happened in my real life that are reflected on this record.”

“Two people who were once together are not together. And that’s really sad. It’s hard. It’s hard for me to not have my person, you know?”
