The Dallas Cowboys have stolen a promising coach away from the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Cowboys have agreed to make Christian Parker their new defensive coordinator after firing Matt Eberflus earlier this month. Parker previously spent the past two seasons in Philadelphia, serving as the passing game coordinator and defensive backs coach for the Eagles.
