Shaun Weiss has said that he would help Tylor Chase, whose video of looking unrecognizable and homeless went viral last week. The Mighty Ducks star said on social media that they need to find him to help him with treatment.

An influencer named Citalli Wilson had uploaded a video of Tylor Chase on TikTok in September this year. The child actor, who played the role of Martin Qwerly in Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, appeared to be homeless. That video resurfaced last week, and Shaun Weiss has reacted to it.

The actor who played Greg Goldberg in the The Mighty Ducks franchise uploaded a video on Instagram on Monday, December 22 and said:

"I have received many messages about Tylor Chase. I reached out to some friends of mine and we have a bed for him at a detox and we have a place for him to go and get long-term treatment thanks to my buddy Mike Jordan at 1111 Recovery."

Users online have reacted to this video from Weiss, as one X (formerly Twitter) user wrote:

"Child stars stick together"

@Variety Child stars stick together

Another tweeted,

@Variety Yes, detox definitely needs to happen first!

Another wrote,

@Variety Respect to Shaun Weiss for stepping up. Hoping Tylor Chase gets the help and support he needs

Users continued to share their thoughts on Weiss' offer for help, as one tweeted,

@Variety The neds declassified cast is in contact with him for months and is organizing help and yet no articles about that. Weird….

Another commented,

@Variety Tylor doesn't want help. I read another article that said the police see him once a week & offer him a bed & treatment. He refused them all.

Another wrote,

@Variety That’s so sad . I hope they find him

Shaun Weiss explained that while he can help Tylor Chase, they need to find him, explaining:

“All we need to do now is find him. I’m not in Los Angeles, or I would go look for him myself.”

He urged people to try to find the Ned's Declassified actor and “DM him so we can get him some help in time for the holiday.”

Citalli Wilson started a GoFundMe for Tylor Chase but his mother reportedly urged for its removal

After the video went viral in September, Citalli Wilson, whose handle name is @lethallalli, set up a GoFundMe page for Tylor Chase, which received $1,207. However, in another video, Wilson explained that the actor's mother urged them to stop the page. She explained that her son needs medical help instead of money.

As per Wilson, Chase's mother said:

"Tylor needs medical attention not money. But he refuses it. But money would not be a benefit to him. I have gotten him several phones, but he loses them within a day or two. He can’t manage money for meds himself."

The GoFundMe page was then stopped, and Wilson gave the $1,207 to his mother.

Meanwhile, Chase's former co-stars from Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide also spoke about wanting to help him. Devon Werkheiser, Lindsay Shaw, and Daniel Curtis Lee spoke about the viral video on their podcast, Ned's Declassified Podcast Survival Guide.

In a September 24 episode, Devon spoke about how he was "angry" at first as the influencer recorded Chase. However, Daniel responded:

“I saw the girl who kinda started the whole Tylor Chase thing, they got him like, kinda showered and gave him some clothes. She seems like a good person out there just trying to offer help to a lost soul.”

They said that they would look to help and speak to Chase, but also asserted that he would not come on the podcast.
