Chelsea Green made a massive announcement for Saturday following a major moment on SmackDown, which could lead to her getting back to the position she was once in.
For some context, this week on SmackDown, there was a backstage confrontation between WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Startton and Kiana James, and Women's US Champion Giulia. After Stratton walked away, Chelsea Green and Alba Fyre confronted Giulia and James, telling Nick Aldis that she wanted a US Title shot to prevent Giulia from becoming the longest-reigning Women's US Champion. Although Aldis declined, Giulia allowed it, and the match was made official.
Now, Chelsea Green revealed that she has a "presidential announcement" lined up for tomorrow, presumably for Saturday Night's Main Event.

It looks like sooner rather than later, Green will be getting a chance to get back on top. However, it isn't going to be the same this time around because Giulia has been a top-tier talent for a few years now, despite having less than a decade of wrestling experience under her belt.
In fact, Giulia recently revealed that she completed her eighth year since her in-ring debut. It's incredible to think that she has come so far in such a short space of time. Now, her next title defense is set, and it could be a big one as she puts it on the line. If she beats Chelsea, then she is virtually guaranteed to surpass her to become the longest-reigning United States Champion.
As it turned out, Zelina Vega was only a transitional Champion, sandwiched in between Green and Giulia. Either way, it's going to be interesting to see what happens when they finally face off.
