CEGC 2025 BGMI Semifinals: Overall standings and highlights

The Semifinals Stage of the Chennai Esports Global Championship (CEGC) 2025 BGMI came to an end on November 7. The best eight performing teams have advanced to the Grand Finals, with the bottom 15 having moved to the Last Chance Qualifier. Gods Reign was the top performer of the Semifinals with 152 points and three Chicken Dinners.

Hector-led Vasista Esports also had a nice run in the stage as it grabbed the second spot with 149 points and three Chicken Dinners. Welt Esports and Cincinnati Kids cam in third and fourth with 146 points and 139 points, respectively.

Revenant XSpark, led by Punk, secured the fifth rank with 138 points and one Chicken Dinner. Blitz was sixth with 133 points. Team 8Bit and NONX Esports ranked seventh and eighth with 129 and 128 points, respectively. These top eight teams have seized their spots in the Grand Finals, which will take place offline from November 14 to 16.

Team GodLike did not make it to the Grand Finals from the Semifinals as it finished ninth with 110 points and one Chicken Dinner. The Manya-led team will aim to improve its play in the Last Chance and earn a seat in the Finale.

Meta Ninza and FS Esports came 10th and 11th with 108 and 101 points, respectively. Versatile, led by BGMI pro Saumraj, ranked 12th with 97 points. Team Soul had a mediocre run in the Semifinals as it ended up in the 16th position with 78 points, including 58 eliminations.

True Rippers, the runner-up of the BMIC 2025, was 18th with 72 points. K9 Esports had a poor run as the squad came 19th with only 49 points. Madkings and Wyld Fangs scored 29 points each. Why Not Esports, a BGMI female squad, was 23rd with only 20 points.
