Bronny James' golf swing makes dad LeBron look bad

It's not that LeBron James has a bad golf swing.

But his son and Los Angeles Lakers teammate Bronny James simply has one that's a little bit smoother.

Bronny posted his own swing on his Instagram recently, and it's gotten plenty of social media attention.

Bronny isn't as tall or bulky as his dad, so that might help keep everything a bit more in rhythm on his golf swing.

Regardless, it's intriguing to see Bronny taking up the sport, too. There's been speculation that LeBron will fully embrace golf when he retires. It seems like in the meantime, he and his son might have some matchups to take part in this summer.

One comment on that above post on X wrote, "Bronny had the mechanics to golf and has a good foundation for a golf swing. LeBron though does not. He isn’t fluid enough. It’s like Kevin Durant swinging a baseball bat. Ugly."

Most of the comments were in agreement, with one simply writing, "Better than his dad's."

Bronny will surely be hoping he has a long basketball career ahead of him before golf becomes a potentially more full-time activity, but he can certainly get some swings in the offseason.

Some of the all-time greats have been big fans of golf, including Michael Jordan and Steph Curry.

Bronny is just trying to find a rhythm in his own swing as a potential hobby away from the basketball court for himself.
