A major AEW star namedropped Brock Lesnar and several other WWE legends in a social media post. Former AEW World Champion MJF achieved considerable success at a relatively young age. After a couple of years since AEW's inception, he became a top heel and even won the world title at 26.
The Salt of the Earth will enter the battlefield once again and try to capture the AEW World Championship at Worlds End. While reigning champion Samoa Joe looks to retain, Swerve Strickland will try to win it for the second time, and Hangman Page will try to become a three-time champion. Only a few wrestlers in the pro wrestling industry have been able to become two-time world champions before turning 30.
MJF took to X and listed names like Brock Lesnar, John Cena, The Rock, and Shinsuke Nakamura, who won world championships twice before 30. He looks to add his name to the list at Worlds End.
"They don’t hand out greatness, they document it. After Worlds End, I join a list of only 9 men to be world champion twice before 30: Lou Thesz. Rikidōzan. Shinsuke Nakamura. Kazuchika Okada. Yokozuna. The Rock. Brock Lesnar. Randy Orton. John Cena. MJF," he wrote.Dutch Mantell says Brock Lesnar doesn't need to retire
The Beast Incarnate has been wrestling for many years. Following John Cena's retirement, many fans are discussing his retirement.
During Story Time with Dutch Mantell, the veteran claimed that Brock Lesnar doesn't need to retire early because he doesn't have to be constantly on the road after WWE's recent scheduling changes.
"Well, I don't know why he's gotta retire. The schedule that WWE has now is nothing like it used to be. Literally nothing. We used to go through some weeks, you may have gotten into a ring not necessarily to wrestle that much, but you may have gotten into a ring eight to nine or ten times a week," he said.It will be interesting to see if MJF can join Lesnar and other legends this Saturday.
