BREAKING: Trick Williams Makes SmackDown Debut

The first episode of SmackDown in 2026 featured the debut of Trick Williams. The star made his presence felt and confronted Sami Zayn. This happened when the former Honorary Uce cut a promo about becoming a World Champion this year.

Trick interrupted Zayn and mocked him for his accomplishments. The star formally introduced himself to Sami Zayn and affirmed that he would soon become the Undisputed Champion. In response, the former IC Champion declared that he was ready to teach Williams a lesson.

This was the first time Trick made his official debut as part of the SmackDown roster. Before this, the former NXT Champion made his appearance in a dark match on the Friday Night Show, but at the time, he was still part of the black and silver brand.

Williams' inclusion in the Friday Night Show is indeed an interesting choice. For those who might not know, Trick is a former TNA World Champion, two-time NXT Champion, and one-time North American Champion.

These accolades are impressive. Rest, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for the young star, as he is officially part of the WWE SmackDown roster.
