BREAKING: New WWE Champion Finally Being Crowned After It Was Forced To Be Vacated Suddenly

A new WWE champion is being crowned finally, after it was forced to be vacated all of a sudden. The title is now going to go to a new star, with the company making an announcement.

Kylie Rae had to give up her WWE Women's ID Championship very suddenly less than two months after she won it. She became the new champion in a match on GCW: The ID Showcase, defeating Zara Zakher and Zayda Steel in a tournament final triple threat match to become the first-ever champion. Unfortunately, her reign with the title was not overly long, and after she became pregnant, she had to give the title up with her going on maternity leave. She ended up being cut as well.

Now, a new champion will be crowned as per an announcement by WWE. The company put out the breaking news on social media, sharing that the winner would be crowned on November 17 at Wrestling Open RI. Whoever wins the title, will become ID'd by the company as well, as the winner of the title gets an immediate contract with the company.

"BREAKING.... The new WWE ID Women's Champion will be crowned on Nov. 17th at @WrestlingOpenRI at Rhodes On Pawtuxet in Cranston, RI! Whoever wins the championship will be ID'd!!! More info to come!!!"

The participants are not yet decided but are being considered even now.

Kylie Rae was one of the WWE stars to be let go

In a controversial move, despite the star being pregnant, the company decided to let her go among the mass releases that took place. Several stars from the ID program, LFG, and NXT were released in the cuts that followed.

Holland's release in particular has been talked about as the star's contract was even ended early for his criticism of the company, very suddenly.

Among the stars, notable were the names of Rae, given she only recently won the title, Ridge Holland, who suffered an injury while competing for the company, and Wes Lee, a star seen as a fan favorite. The full list of releases are below.
