Genshin Impact Luna II second half banners: Characters and weapons revealed

Genshin Impact has revealed the character and weapon banners for the second phase of version Luna II, which will begin on November 11, 2025. This half will feature Arlecchino and Zhongli's rerun Event Wishes. The former is one of the best main DPS units in the game, while the latter is an amazing Shielder support. Their signature weapons will also be available on the Weapon Event Wish for a limited time.

Genshin Impact Luna II Phase II banners

Characters

The second half banners will be released on November 11, 2025, at 6 pm (server time), and will be available until December 2, 2025, 2:59 pm (server time).

Here's a list of all the characters who will be available on the Event Wishes during the second half of version Luna II:

• Arlecchino (5-star Pyro)
• Zhongli (5-star Geo)
• Lan Yan (4-star Anemo)
• Yun Jin (4-star Geo)
• Rosaria (4-star Cryo)

Anyone in need of an easy-to-use main DPS unit or a stronger Shielder support can try their luck on Arlecchino and Zhongli's banner. The 4-star characters are also pretty decent. While not as good as Zhongli, Lan Yan is also a pretty good Shielder. Meanwhile, Yun Jin is a good support for damage dealers that rely on Normal Attack, and Rosaria is a decent Cryo sub-DPS unit.

Weapons

Listed below are all the weapons that will get a huge drop-rate boost in the second half of the update:

• Crimson Moon's Semblance (5-star Polearm)
• Vortex Vanquisher (5-star Polearm)
• The Dockhand's Assistant (4-star Sword)
• Portable Power Saw (4-star Claymore)
• Range Gauge (4-star Bow)
• Dragon's Bane (4-star Polearm)
• Sacrificial Fragments (4-star Catalyst)

Crimson Moon's Semblance and Vortex Vanquisher are Arlecchino and Zhongli's 5-star signature weapons, respectively. Unsurprisingly, Crimson Moon's Semblance is the best for the fourth of the Fatui Harbinger because of the CRIT Rate and DMG bonuses. However, the same cannot be said for Vortex Vanquisher, as it provides a lot of ATK, and Zhongli is more commonly used as a Shielder, which requires more HP.

Therefore, Vortex Vanquisher is less desirable as a weapon, and pulling on this banner will be pretty risky. It may be better to save the Primogems for future banners.
