It is no secret that the Buffalo Bills need receiver help for Josh Allen, and for most, that means going out in free agency or via a trade and getting a genuine No. 1 receiver.
Of course, that is a costly exercise, and in some cases, could even end up costing Buffalo draft capital, but it would be worth it if the Bills got a top weapon for Allen in 2026.
There is also the draft, and the last time Buffalo took a receiver, Keon Coleman, hasn't worked out too well yet.
But in his latest mock draft for NFL.com, Chad Reuter has the Bills going back to the draft and selecting Denzel Boston from Washington.
"With former receiver Stefon Diggs being the last Bills player top 1,000 receiving yards in a season (2023), they are still searching for a No. 1 option for Josh Allen," Reuter wrote. "So they trade their third- and fourth-round selections to Dallas in exchange for this pick and a sixth-rounder in order to draft the talented Boston, who has great size (6-4, 210 pounds) and sticky hands."

This is an odd move for Bills
Now, let's be clear, the move for Boston itself isn't odd, but what makes it a little odd is that he is roughly the same body type as Coleman.
Both are 6-4, and Coleman has five pounds on Boston per Pro Football Reference. So, they would be a similar type of player.
The draft isn't a bad option, but let's not kid ourselves here: the Bills need a Pro Bowl-caliber weapon and someone who can come in from Day 1 and dominate.
Is that Boston? Who knows, but if the Bills strike out in free agency or the trade period, then this might be the next best option.
