You get the Windward (Part 2) quest in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora From The Ashes immediately after completing the initial Windward (Part 1) quest. Here's a step-by-step walkthrough that guides you in completing this mission:

Meet Kukulope at the Boundless Range camp

To begin the Windward (Part 2) quest, fly over to the camp at Boundless Range to meet Kukulope. Here you can wait by the fire until the time she arrives. Then simply interact with her to begin a cutscene where she lays out her plan to lure out the Kreytu'um.

Collect fruit for Kreytu'um

Following the cutscene, Kukulope will task you with finding three fruits that can be used to lure the Kreytu'um. To do so, interact with the Bladewing Moth Hive beside the camp and follow the moth's trail, which will lead you to a fruit.

Once you get the fruit, the quest marker will lead you toward the next Bladewing Moth Hive. Simply interact with it again and repeat the process to acquire your second and third fruits.

Afterward, head over to the tallest peak of the Boundless Range to meet up with Kukulope.

Travel on the Kreytu'um

Upon returning to Kukulope with the fruits, a cutscene will begin during which she catches a Kreytu'um. After that, she will ask you to jump over to it. Then you must hop on and stay on the Kreytu'um while Kukulope flies it and engages in a dialogue with So'lek.

As the Windward (Part 2) quest moves forward, suddenly, the RDA will appear and begin attacking. At this point, you must protect the Kreytu'um from their assault. While you can do this from on top of the Kreytu'um, you can also choose to ride your Ikran to fight. Either way, you must ensure that it survives until you reach the destination.

During the journey, there will also come a point where the Kreytu'um will get trapped in vines. You can easily destroy these vines by using your Ikran's Ikran Smash ability.

Afterward, as the intensity of RDA's attack keeps increasing, a small cutscene will ensue where So'lek will ask Kukulope to leave with the Kreytu'um.

Once they have left, merely defeat all the remaining RDA enemies in battle, and the Windward (Part 2) quest of Avatar Frontiers of Pandora From The Ashes DLC will be complete.
