Investigate RDA activity around Stoneblade Ridge

To begin the Tracking Group Athena quest in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora From The Ashes DLC, head over to Stoneblade Ridge, which is located northeast of the Hometree. As soon as you get close to the quest marker, you will see an old resistance outpost called Owl Alpha swarming with RDA soldiers.

Your task here is to defeat all the enemies, including a Mangkwan hunter, and also destroy any electronic devices that RDA can use to gather data about the resistance.

Destroy the remaining Owl posts

Once you have cleared the Owl Alpha outpost, a dialogue sequence will begin with Priya Chen, following which you will be tasked with destroying Fort Athena as well as the remaining five Owl posts reporting to it.

Owl Bravo

Afterward, follow the quest marker to the next location, Owl Bravo. Just like the previous site, your job here is to defeat all the enemies and examine the area. You should note that the enemies will have set up an ambush here for you.

Owl Lima

The third outpost that you must raze is Owl Lima. As soon as you reach its location by following the quest marker, you will find a convoy of RDA enemies here, along with a Mangkwan hunter. Simply kill all the enemies and destroy the fuel as well as the resistance electronics to hinder enemy progress.

Owl Echo

The next target in the Tracking Group Athena quest of Avatar Frontiers of Pandora From The Ashes is Owl Echo. Just like before, follow the quest marker to this new location to defeat enemies and destroy resistance electronics.

Owl Delta

Your objectives at the Owl Delta site are the same Owl Lima. You will encounter an enemy convoy at the location, and you must attack it and destroy the fuel along with the electronics.

Owl Charlie

Owl Charlie is the sixth and last resistance outpost you must investigate as part of the Tracking Group Athena mission. As soon as you reach the tracked location, enter the cave containing the facility. Once you're inside and begin exploring the surroundings, an alarm will go off, prompting you to leave the cave. Simply go back the way you came to fight off a group of RDA soldiers outside and complete the objective.

Annihilate Fort Athena

Once you have destroyed the RDA efforts at all Owl posts, head over to Fort Athena, where the enemies are building a Hydro-powered data center. You must destroy the central cooling system as well as the water pumps to ruin this facility.

You should note that Fort Athena will be swarming with an overwhelming force of RDA soldiers and Mangkwan. As such, be prepared for battle.

After you have successfully sabotaged the central cooling system and the water pumps, Priya will ask you to find and activate the water valves. You can easily find the valves by following the quest marker.

Upon rotating the final water valve, a cutscene will trigger where the excess water unleashed by you will destroy Fort Athena, marking the end of the Tracking Group Athena quest in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora From The Ashes DLC.
