The latest ATP rankings have spiced things up following an exciting week at the Paris Masters 2025. Jannik Sinner reigned supreme at the season's final Masters 1000 tournament on Sunday, November 2, capturing his fifth title of the year. He is back as the World No. 1 this week, ending Carlos Alcaraz's eight-week stint atop the rankings.

Sinner conceded the No. 1 ranking to Alcaraz after 65 consecutive weeks following his loss to the latter in the US Open final, where he was the defending champion. While he claimed the title in Paris over the weekend, Alcaraz was sent packing in the second round by Cameron Norrie.

However, Sinner's latest stay is going to be an extremely short one. Once the points from last year's ATP Finals, Alcaraz will return to the top next week, at least for a week. This year's ATP Finals will run from November 9-16, and they will continue their fight for the year-end No. 1 ranking there.

Alexander Zverev (No. 3), Taylor Fritz (No. 4) and Novak Djokovic (No. 5) continue to occupy the same positions as before. Ben Shelton and Alex de Minaur swap places to be ranked No. 6 and No. 7 respectively in this week's ATP rankings.

Felix Auger-Aliassime's runner-up finish at the Paris Masters results in a two-spot gain this week, rising to No. 8. His rise came at the expense of Lorenzo Musetti and Casper Ruud, who dropped one spot each to No. 9 and No. 10 respectively.

This has been a breakthrough season for newbies and veterans alike. Teen phenom Joao Fonseca has been in the spotlight since his upset win over Andrey Rublev at the Australian Open earlier this year. He recently won the Swiss Indoors, and while he lost in the second round of the Paris Masters, he has still managed to secure a new career high for himself in this week's ATP rankings.

Fonseca jumped four spots to No. 24, inching closer to a top 20 debut. Ahead of him, Alexander Bublik took his career-best season to the next level by making his maiden Masters 1000 semifinal at the Paris Masters. He's into the top 15 of the ATP rankings for the first time as a result, moving up three spots to No. 13.

Alejandro Davidovich Fokina has a reason to celebrate as well after his numerous heartbreaks throughout the season. After losing all four finals that he contested this year, he's up to a new peak of No. 14 this week.

Contesting his first tournament since his memorable win at the Shanghai Masters, Valentin Vacherot gave a good account of himself at the Paris Masters. He eventually bowed out in the quarterfinals, which was enough to push him up by 10 spots to a new career high of No. 30.

Corentin Moutet (No. 31), Daniel Altmaier (No. 46), Valentin Royer (No. 56), Ethan Quinn (No. 67), Jesper de Jong (No. 77), Filip Misolic (No. 85), and Eliot Spizzirri (No. 96) are the other players to attain new highs within the top 100 of the ATP rankings this week.
