It has been a tough few weeks for teams on WWE SmackDown, with The Miz and Carmelo Hayes ending their partnership a few weeks ago, and now it appears that Pretty Deadly has followed suit.
Much like the situation with Austin Theory and Grayson Waller on WWE RAW, their alliance could have come to an end while one of the members is off-screen. Elton Prince has been missing for several months after suffering an undisclosed injury back in June.
Prince hasn't been seen on-screen since, but Kit Wilson has continued to appear on SmackDown without his teammate. This week on SmackDown, Wilson headed out to the ring with his own entrance music and video as a singles star, instead of the usual Pretty Deadly entrance music, which could be a hint that he is getting a push as a solo star.

Wilson has a new character and new gear that's different from his attire with Pretty Deadly as well, which could hint at a new move for him.
What's next for Kit Wilson on WWE SmackDown?
Kit Wilson has mainly been seen as a tag team star on SmackDown, but it's clear that WWE wants to push him into singles now, or they would have written him off TV.
Elton Prince's injury could be much worse than originally feared, which means that Wilson needs to move forward as a solo star at present. His new character hasn't made him a lot of friends, but there are several options for him without Prince by his side.
Wilson did come up short to Carmelo Hayes this week on SmackDown, but since he's embroiled in his own feud with Miz at present, he could be set to move forward from this now and into a new feud if he is able to annoy someone else in a backstage segment.
