WWE wrapped up the final Monday Night RAW of 2025 from the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida. It was one of the best episodes of the red brand in recent times, as the show was filled with blockbuster matches and big segments. The feuds and storylines shifted gears as WWE prepares to host Monday Night RAW's anniversary on Netflix next week.

Every show has more or less loopholes, but the company's creative head, Triple H, made sure to give fans an unforgettable night to cap off 2025. From a big return to a major title change, there are plenty of things The Game did right on the latest epsiode of the red brand. There were some notable moments on the show that left fans on the edge of their seats.

Let's take a look at five things Triple H did right on RAW this week:

#5. Stephanie Vaquer retaining the Women's World Title

Stephanie Vaquer defended her Women's World Championship in a Triple Threat Match against Nikki Bella and Raquel Rodriguez on RAW. It was a great match where all three superstars gave their best. However, it was the champion who had the last laugh. During the final moments of the big title match, Vaquer pushed Rodriguez out of the ring and pinned Bella to win the bout.

Triple H made the right call by letting La Primera retain her championship. Stephanie Vaquer has a long way to go before establishing herself as a dominant champion. Losing on a random episode of RAW could have crushed her red-hot momentum and derailed her off the tracks. Hence, WWE did the right thing by letting her win the title match.

#4. R-Truth stepping up against Gunther

Ever since Gunther retired John Cena, he has been disrespecting the 17-time World Champion. Week after week, The Ring General has been disparaging the WWE legend on live television during his promo. However, last night on RAW, R-Truth confronted him. He went into a war with the Austrian powerhouse to protect Cena's honor.

Truth considers The Cenation Leader his childhood hero in storyline, and therefore he stepping up against Gunther was the right call. Triple H did not just put any random superstar against The Ring General, but instead, Hunter put the man who has a history with John Cena. Hence, this makes perfect sense and makes the storyline much more compelling.

#3. CM Punk and Bron Breakker engaging in a war of words

CM Punk is set to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Bron Breakker next week on RAW's anniversary on Netflix. Both superstars were involved in a vehement promo this week that electrified the entire crowd. While Breakker rationally validated his reason to win the world title, Punk countered why he ain't losing the title next Monday.

Giving the two superstars a chance to tear each other apart verbally instead of a physical fight is a great move. Sometimes, it's the promo work that takes a rivalry to new heights, and the same happened last night. CM Punk and Bron Breakker created absolute magic with their heated exchange of words. It intensified their feud ahead of their big title match on RAW.

#2. Penta's fresh involvement in The Vision saga

Penta made a huge return this week on RAW after weeks of absence. He came to the aid of Rey Mysterio when the latter was getting a brutal beatdown at the hands of Austin Theory and Logan Paul. Triple H made the right decision to inject El Meido into The Vision's storyline. This was a much-needed move to stir some fresh excitement into the faction's storyline.

Although The Vision has been an entertaining stable, the lack of opponents for them made things somewhat stagnant. Only CM Punk and Rey Mysterio have been battling them for the past few weeks. Therefore, Penta's fresh involvement in this saga was a good move as it will give rise to some intriguing storylines on the Monday night show.

#1. Shocking title change in the main event of RAW

One of the best things Triple H did this week was ending the last RAW of 2025 with a major title change. The Usos defeated AJ Styles and Dragon Lee last night to win their record-setting ninth tag team championship in WWE. It was a moment fans have been clamoring to see for the past few years and they finally got it last night in Orlando, Florida.

Besides, AJ Styles and Dragon Lee have had a great title run and it was time for a change of air. The Usos winning the World Tag Team Championship has reinvigorated the tag team division of Monday Night RAW. Jey and Jimmy Uso heading into 2026 with the titles is the right move that will ignite some interesting feuds and storylines on the brand.
