Now that Dominik Mysterio is dealing with a shoulder injury, The Judgment Day is in a difficult position. There is no word on how long the Intercontinental Champion will be out so far.

However, it has opened up a spot for a new member to join the group. Carlito and Damian Priest were never truly replaced in the faction, which is why we could soon see some new members come to the fold.

In this article, we will take a look at four such stars that could join The Judgment Day soon.

4. Austin Theory

As confirmed by Paul Heyman himself on WWE RAW this week, Austin Theory is now part of The Vision. However, the former United States Champion just doesn't seem to fit in with the group with respect to looks or the storyline.

Instead of sticking it out in The Vision, he could eventually betray Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Logan Paul and could end up joining The Judgment Day. He would be a much better fit with Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, and Dominik Mysterio, and could potentially express himself more freely with them.

3. AJ Styles

The Phenomenal One and Dragon Lee lost the World Tag Team Championship to The Usos on tonight's episode of WWE RAW. Styles is set to retire from wrestling in 2026, and could have a run in The Judgment Day before calling it quits.

Fans have long wanted to see Finn Balor and AJ Styles, the two former Bullet Club leaders, on the same team. That could finally happen if Styles turns heel and aligns with Balor to form an anti-hero sub-group.

2. Danhausen

While AJ Styles and Austin Theory are both probable additions to The Judgment Day, they wouldn't truly replace Carlito. His antics could possibly be replaced by Danhausen, who is rumored to be on WWE's radar in 2026.

The Very Nice Very Evil star has not been seen on AEW programming in a long time. His social media activity suggests that he is giving more time to his family, as he recently became a father. As a result, he could choose to leave Tony Khan's promotion next year, especially if WWE comes calling.

Danhausen could debut alongside The Judgment Day and could be the comic relief that the group has needed for a while.

1. Chris Jericho

Several reports suggest that Chris Jericho is set to return to WWE in 2026. The former World Heavyweight Champion has not been on AEW programming for months, and it has been rumored that his contract will expire on December 31.

If so, he could return to WWE for the first time in over five years by joining forces with The Judgment Day. The veteran could bring his experience to the faction and could help them gain some serious momentum in the new year.

His arrival could also facilitate a split, where Jericho could align with Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, and Roxanne Perez while Dominik Mysterio remains with Liv Morgan. Although ambitious, this angle remains purely speculative for the time being.
