A beloved former WWE star has confirmed that she won't even return to the global juggernaut again and that she has also bid goodbye to wrestling for good. In a recent chat, Ronda Rousey said that her days inside the ring were behind her.

Rousey made a splash when she decided to leave UFC and explore a career in the wrestling business by joining WWE in 2018. She lived up to her reputation by taking to the art form like fish to water. Ronda Rousey built an impressive resume for herself by winning the SmackDown Women's Title twice and the RAW Women's Championship and Tag Team Championship once each.

However, in late October 2023, Rousey exited the company and, after a handful of appearances on the indies, decided to step away altogether. Appearing on the Bertcast podcast, The Baddest Woman on the Planet was asked whether she wanted to revisit her past as a wrestler again in WWE.

Rousey confessed that though she was grateful for all the opportunities, she has now moved on and has little desire to make a comeback in any form.

Ronda Rousey was unhappy about the chaotic environment in WWE

Ronda Rousey also mentioned that she was taken aback by how disorganized things were in WWE under Vince McMahon's regime. She disclosed that everyone in the company was petrified by McMahon and seldom made any decisions on their own without his prior permission.

“When I went back, it was kind of like the death throes of the Vince McMahon era. It was when he was still around, but kind of like, not really. And then like, it was just all this indecision, and everyone’s kind of frozen because they didn’t want to, like, move without his permission, but they couldn’t get it. It was just a mess.”

Even though Vince McMahon has been sidelined from the global juggernaut, with Triple H stepping into his shoes, Rousey is unlikely to return regardless.
