As the new year started, golf fans are excited for the upcoming season. The PGA Tour players will start their run in mid-January with their season opener, the Sony Open in Hawaii.
Initially, the season was supposed to start with The Sentry event; however, the tournament was cancelled. This year, the Presidents Cup will take place in September, while in April, there will be The Masters.
Below are 10 unmissable golf weekends in 2026.
#1 Presidents Cup: Sept 24-27

#2 Masters: April 9-12

The tournament will start with its first round on April 9 and will have its final on April 12 at the Augusta National Golf Club. Rory McIlroy will return this year to defend his title. The Northern Irish golfer completed his career Grand Slam in 2025 by winning the major and would be hoping to continue his dominance.
#3 US Open: June 18-21

#4 US Women's Open: June 4-7
