“You can’t outwork consistency” - Adrian Lee kicks off Shozo Isojima fight camp in the middle of the holidays

‘The Phenom’ Adrian Lee’s road to redemption officially begins now.

After absorbing the first loss of his promising career, the Singaporean-American is ready to bounce back at ONE Fight Night 40: Buntan vs. Hemetsberger II on Prime Video.

He’ll take on Shozo Isojima on February 13 inside ‘The Mecca of Muay Thai’ Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Lee enters this pivotal showdown with the goal of redeeming himself. The 19-year-old star raced to a perfect 3-0 record in the home of martial arts, with all victories coming by way of bonus-winning submissions.

However, Lee saw his momentum shattered by reigning ONE welterweight submission grappling world champion Tye Ruotolo.

The 22-year-old made his MMA debut at ONE Fight Night 35 last September, where he pulled off a shocker.

Ruotolo outstruck and outgrappled Lee, rendering him unconscious via a rear-naked choke for the victory.

The sting of that humbling loss still festers for Lee, and he’s more motivated than ever to get back on the winning track.

In an Instagram clip, Lee shared a clip of himself performing some shadow boxing and doing strength and conditioning drills at Prodigy Traning Center ahead of his high-stakes war with Isojima.

“You can’t outwork consistency,” he wrote.

This event will be headlined by Jackie Buntan's women's strawweight kickboxing world defense against ONE women's strawweight Muay Thai world champion Stella Hemetsberger.
