WWE RAW last night ended the same way it has been for the last several weeks, with The Vision standing tall.
CM Punk's return didn't change anything except that he might have suffered an injury scare, according to a wrestling veteran.
The Best in the World is preparing to put his WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Bron Breakker on the first episode of RAW in 2026. It will also mark the flagship show's first anniversary on Netflix.
CM Punk cut a scathing promo upon his return to Monday Night RAW, making things personal with Bron Breakker by calling out his entire family.
Later in the show, the Straight Edge Superstar took out Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker with a steel chair during the main event between Rey Mysterio and Logan Paul.
However, the Master of 619 ended up losing the match after the blacked-hooded figure stomped his head on the apron. Just as the man in disguise was about to enter the ring, Punk chased him off.
Shortly after, the mystery man took off his headgear and unveiled himself as Austin Theory.
The big reveal caught the attention of CM Punk, and as soon as he turned around, Bron Breakker nailed him with a vicious-looking spear to end the show.
After the camera stopped rolling, WCW veteran Disco Inferno feared CM Punk might be placed in a concussion protocol after taking a nasty bump on WWE RAW.
"[CM] Punk might be in concussion protocol after that," Inferno wrote on X.Check out his tweet below:
Despite his comments, there's no word on the condition of the Chicago native and whether he really suffered an injury scare last night.

Is CM Punk nearing his WWE in-ring retirement?
During the WWE Saturday Night's Main Event post-show, CM Punk made it clear that he isn't considering stepping away from the ring anytime soon.
"When I make allusions to the end of whatever my career is going to look like, it’s not because I feel like I’m there. It’s because I look back at the entirety of my career, and there is a lot more road behind me than there is ahead of me. Trust me, I am the champion for a reason, and I’m here to stay, and nobody’s going to change that. I’m not going anywhere anytime soon."The Second City Saint has the numbers stacked against him. Will he be able to retain his throne next year? Only time will tell.
