WWE legend suddenly pays tribute to Roman Reigns on RAW

A WWE legend paid tribute to Roman Reigns. This happened during tonight's episode of RAW.

Asuka has undergone a change in attitude in recent weeks, which has resulted in her and Kairi Sane turning heel. This worked out well for the Kabuki Warriors as they managed to capture the Women's Tag Team Championship. However, the competition for the tag titles has been increasing in recent weeks. Their next challengers were determined to be Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY.

Tonight on WWE RAW, Asuka and Kairi Sane were in the middle of the ring to address their upcoming title match. Asuka insulted the fans by calling them "stupid babies." However, when Kairi Sane started speaking, Asuka yelled at her and then demanded she hand over her mic in a fashion similar to how Roman Reigns used to ask Paul Heyman to give him the mic in his hands.

Roman Reigns hasn't competed since Survivor Series: WarGames 2025

Since Roman Reigns lost his Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 40, he has only made sporadic appearances on TV. Reigns often takes huge chunks of time off before returning for a big match. In 2025 alone, Reigns has competed in just seven matches.

At Survivor Series: WarGames 2025, he teamed with CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, and The Usos in a losing effort to The Vision, Brock Lesnar, and Drew McIntyre. Following the match, Reigns made it clear to the American Nightmare that they would never team up again. This was also his last WWE match as The OTC hasn't been seen since that night. There is also no confirmation on when he will return.

It remains to be seen if Roman will return to the ring at the 2026 Royal Rumble. He was part of the WrestleMania 42 ad. Therefore, he is expected to be at the event.
