Former AEW World Champion Chris Jericho is reportedly leaving the Jacksonville-based company when his current contract expires. Furthermore, it is rumored that he is going to rejoin his previous employers, WWE.

Y2J seemingly took a huge shot at All Elite Wrestling on his Talk Is Jericho podcast. The legend said that TNA's recent Bound for Glory show was amazing, and Total Nonstop Action looked like the second biggest company in the world. Furthermore, he made fun of the Dynamite shows that took place at the iconic ECW arena.

“That f*cking crowd looked huge. It looked huge. It was like a WWE level crowd. The place was packed. I was watching this, and not saying anything out of school here, but comparing it to watching Dynamite when they were at the ECW arena, which looked like a Tony Condello taping, sorry, it did. TNA looked like the second biggest company in the world, you know, and that was amazing. And the presentation was amazing — It looked like a WrestleMania.” said Jericho.

WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff responded to the 55-year-old's statement with a single emoji.

The 70-year-old had predicted TNA's resurrection a few months back. By sending the above message, he implied that he was right all along.

Chris Jericho breaks the silence on his future

On a recent episode of the Talk Is Jericho podcast, WWE legend Bully Ray asked Chris Jericho about his future. The former AEW World Champion didn't give a straight answer. Instead, he just said that, whatever he is going to do, he is going to give his all.

"Well, I’m just going to give it my all and give it 100%. Just see what happens, brother,” he said.

Fans are eagerly waiting for Jericho to return to WWE. Only time will tell what the future holds for him.
