LF Exoswarm Core and its higher rarities can be obtained by defeating the Exoswarm enemies. Additionally, you can obtain them from Supply Packs, the in-game store, and by completing any Forgery Challenge in Lahai-Roi.

The Incomplete Combustor and its other rarities can be farmed in the Lesson in Embers Forgery Challenge in Lahai-Roi. While the Forgery Challenge is its primary source, you can also obtain some drops from Supply Packs.
