Goldberg recently found himself in some controversy. A wrestling veteran has taken a shot at the WCW legend.

Hardcore Holly is the latest to comment on Goldberg's controversy. The WCW legend's name has been making headlines recently for all the wrong reasons. Bill retired from the ring earlier this year. Following his final match, he delivered his farewell speech when the feed was cut off by WWE as the show came to an abrupt end. This didn't please the Hall of Famer. Recently, he was supposed to do a private signing for K&S WrestleFest. However, the retired legend did a private signing for another vendor before leaving.

Now, Hardcore Holly took to social media to say that he never refused any fan of his time in public since he was told by Vince McMahon to always to right by the fans. He also called the WCW legend miserable and ungrateful.

"I never refused any fan of my time in public, unless I was eating. Airport, hotel, wherever. Vince McMahon's edict to us was to always do right by our fans. Certain individuals think they're over. In reality, they're miserable, ungrateful, frail little wimps who'll never change."

Tom Unger cleared the air regarding the Goldberg controversy

Since the news broke about Goldberg refusing to do a private signing, many people have come out to give their take on the situation. However, there has been some new development as of late.

Big Event EXS promoter Tom Unger clarified that Bill was not contracted to do private signings for K&S WrestleFest. Unger revealed that K&S WrestleFest was told the WCW legend would do the private signing for them if they had time, but this wasn't a guarantee.

"No, he [Goldberg] wasn’t. He signed for the fans for 5 hrs straight. Ken wasn’t guaranteed anything. I told him if we had time, we would get your items done. He shouldn’t be posting this all over like the victim. This was my deal, and my customers come first. Shouldn’t take mail order from all you not knowing if it was going to get done," Unger wrote.

The WWE Hall of Famer hasn't issued a statement about this controversy.
