Fred Warner's wife Sydney is leaning on an unexpected group of women as she prepares to welcome her second child.
The All-Pro linebacker's wife is finding support in the tight-knit San Francisco 49ers WAG community.
Sydney says she's found an incredible group of women among the NFL team's WAGs, crediting the group with helping her navigate life as the wive of a professional athlete.
"It's the best community you could imagine," Sydney told "People."
Raving about the significant others of her husband's teammates, Fred's wife said, "We have a weekly Bible study. We have little get-togethers."
"It's just so nice having like a, a tribe of women with children, some without, some that are girlfriends, fiancés, wives," she gushed. "This is such a niche job for your husband or coach or anyone on the staff, so it's a very particular situation to be in. And being able to have community is just of women is just like the best."

Fred Warner's wife was 'shy' when she first met the other 49ers WAGs
Fred's wife encourages other women dating or married to professional athletes to get involved with their own WAG communities whenever possible.
While it took her some time to feel comfortable opening up at first, she says building those connections helped her find a trusted group of women she can truly lean on.
"I was definitely so shy in the beginning because you're young and you just don't know everything," she told the outlet. "Being confident and making these connections because you are gonna possibly be around these women for the next eight to 10 years. Take advantage of it."
Fred and Sydney met in 2020 after Fred stumbled upon his now-wife on Instagram.
The couple are set to welcome their second child, a baby girl, in early 2026. They already share a son, Beau, 1, together.
