Who are the Eagles' biggest celebrity fans? Bradley Cooper, Kevin Hart, Gillie Da Kid and more among all-star group

2 hours ago 2

The Eagles have been one of the most successful teams in the NFL over the last decade, winning two Super Bowl titles and having only one losing season since 2017. Their on-field dominance and deep Philadelphia roots have fostered one of the most passionate fanbases in sports, extending all the way to Hollywood and beyond.

A true "Bird Gang" extends far beyond the Delaware Valley, featuring a star-studded collection of celebrities, from Philly natives like actors Will Smith and Bradley Cooper — who famously channeled the fan frenzy in Silver Linings Playbook—and comedian Kevin Hart, to pop icons like P!nk, and even political figures like Dr. Jill Biden, all proudly bleeding green as the team chases yet another championship.

Measured by social media followings on Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok,  the Eagles have the fourth biggest fanbase. Among them are some of the biggest names in the pop culture world.

Here is a look at some of the biggest celebrities who support the Eagles.

Who are the biggest celebrity Eagles fans?

Kevin Hart

One of the most famous comedians in the world, Kevin Hart grew up in North Philadelphia watching Eagles games religiously.

Hart famously almost attempted to get on stage for the Eagles Super Bowl 52 Lombardi Trophy celebration in 2018, but security would not let him through. Hart said in 2023 that he will be on the podium for an Eagles Super Bowl celebration one day.

Bradley Cooper

Anyone who has watched an Eagles game over the past five years has likely seen actor Bradley Cooper on the sidelines or in the stands. Cooper was born and raised in Philadelphia and has said that many childhood memories revolve around watching Eagles games.

For Super Bowl LIX, Cooper introduced the Eagles onto the field.

Cooper was also at Super Bowl LII and was seen cheering passionately on the sidelines as Philadelphia secured its first-ever Super Bowl victory.

Will Smith

The "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" was an Eagles fan long before he was a famous actor. A Philadelphia native, Smith has supported the Eagles since he was a kid. He posted a poem about the Eagles on Facebook ahead of Super Bowl 52.

"Dear Philadelphia Eagles/Roses are red/Violets are blue/I think it's time for a Super Bowl title/What about you? HAHAHA... PHILLY IS IN THE BUILDING!" he wrote on Facebook.

Miles Teller

The "Top Gun: Maverick" and "Whiplash" star is from Downingtown, Pennsylvania, and is a lifelong Eagles fan.

Teller was in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX, where Philadelphia beat the Chiefs 40-22.

He ran into one of his favorite Eagles ever Jason Kelce at the 2024 Super Bowl, and shouted the legendary center out on social media when he announced his retirement.

Tina Fey

The "Saturday Night Live" star grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She channeled her love for the Eagles as part of her character in "30 Rock."

Ahead of Super Bowl LII, Fey represented Philadelphia as part of an "SNL" skit.

Sylvester Stallone

While Stallone is a New York native, the actor who made fictitious Philadelphia boxer Rocky Balboa a household name spent some of his high school years in the area. Stallone has been an Eagles fan since he was a teenager.

Mike Trout

The Angels center fielder and three-time American League MVP grew up outside Philadelphia. He is a season ticket holder and attends most Eagles' home games when not playing baseball.

Trout has only made the MLB postseason once in his career so his open fall schedule allows him to travel to Philadelphia for games.

Joe and Jill Biden

The 46th president and former first lady both grew up in Pennsylvania before ultimately moving to Washington D.C. While Jill has been vocal about supporting the Eagles, because of politics, her husband has been a little more coy.

"As your president, I'm not picking favorites. But as Jill Biden's husband, fly Eagles, fly." he wrote via X ahead of Super Bowl 57.

Shane Gillis

Gillis is an openly declared fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, a fandom rooted in his upbringing in Central Pennsylvania near Harrisburg. His support for the team often manifests in public displays, including wearing vintage Eagles gear to games, such as a 1980s kelly green jacket and hat for the team's home opener. Gillis's ties to the city are also professional, as he moved to Philadelphia to pursue his comedy career and won the "Philly's Phunniest" tournament in 2016.

Gillis frequently incorporates his Eagles support into his public appearances, often using "Go Birds" as a sign-off or interjection. He has used high-profile stages, such as when he hosted the 2025 ESPYS, to joke about the Eagles. His passionate, and often comedic, trolling of rival teams like the Dallas Cowboys during Super Bowl events has further cemented his status as a notable celebrity member of the Eagles' fanbase.

Gillie Da Kid

Philadelphia-based rapper, Gillie Da Kid has become the unofficial hype man for the Eagles. Gillie was a popular figure in Philadelphia’s underground hip-hop scene in the late 90s and early 2000s. Gillie has posted popular skits of himself hyping up the Eagles while wearing an oversized Eagles hat and dancing.

Gillie cemented himself as the team’s hype man during the NFC Championship game, after leading them out of the locker room before the game. After the Eagles punched their ticket to the Super Bowl, Gillie danced with the team in the locker room.
