Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt hinted that she might be ready to leave the Hulu series for the chance to focus on her other passions: "I’m figuring it out in real time."

Whitney Leavitt might be dancing away from reality TV.
In fact, the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star—who is currently starring as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway—hinted she might be ready to say goodbye to the Hulu series and focus on more of her interests outside the show.
“I’m figuring it out in real time,” Whitney told The Hollywood Reporter in an interview published March 16. “We’re figuring it out together, but it feels like that’s the trajectory of where it’s going.”
“I wouldn’t be where I am without it,” she continued, “but it feels like it’s time to challenge myself in other ways and fulfill these dreams and passions that I’ve been trying to get even before the show.”
As the 32-year-old explained, she has “always been a performer” even before appearing on SLOMW.
And the Dancing With the Stars alum is hoping for more chances to flex her performing muscle in the future, adding, “I love entertaining, I love acting, so that’s what I can tease. Hopefully more films you’ll see me in.”
Still, Whitney—who is mom to kids Sedona, 6, Liam, 4, and Billy, 17 months, with husband Conner Leavitt—is grateful to the opportunities she’s received from being on the reality show.
“I wouldn’t be where I am without that platform and this group that we created,” she said, “this business that we created, but maybe it’s time for me to branch out in other areas.”
Whitney also believes that when it’s time for her to move on, the rest of the Mormon Wives will encourage her decision, saying, “I feel, today, that each one of them would support me in that.”

And while she and her costars have been through their fair share of drama during their time on the series—which recently halted filming on season five—Whitney has been candid about where she stands with costar Jen Affleck after the two had a falling out following their appearances on Dancing With the Stars.
“I’ve definitely taken a huge step back in that relationship,” she recently told E! News, “but I'm moving on.”
Whitney added, “I hope she can do the same and just be cordial.”
