One of Golden Boy’s top prospects, Priest (14-0) won two fights in 2024. The 26-year-old won the Kansas City Golden Gloves championship as an amateur. He has eight wins via knockout and now headlines his first show.

Howard (20-2) is 1-1 after taking two years away from the ring. The 31-year-old went 0-5 in Team Combat League action. "Hercules" has eleven wins via knockout.
"What a great opportunity… Count me as highly invigorated," said Howard. "Eric Priest has a great reputation as an up-and-coming guy, but I plan on derailing that plan."
