On Saturday, December 13, BTS's Jungkook uploaded a selfie on his personal Instagram account's story, @mnijungkook. The selfie only partially reveals the idol's face as he was wearing a white face mask. However, the other sections of the selfie showcased the idol's front fringes covering his forehead and his silver hoop earring stack. In the picture, he was also seen wearing a black T-shirt.

As soon as the story was uploaded, many fans and netizens went frenzy over the same. Given that the idol is very occasionally active on Instagram, most of his stories and posts either consist of song recommendations or promotions for his solo or group activities with BTS. However, unlike his typical posting content, the recent selfie came as a sweet surprise to many.

Since fans have also not received many selfies or photos from the idol in recent days, many were thrilled and beyond happy about the update. Naturally, people also swooned over the idol's visuals, complimenting his eyes, hair, and his iconic earrings. All you need to know about BTS's Jungkook and his recent solo activities

BTS' Jungkook made his solo debut with the release of his first single, SEVEN feat. Latto in July 2023. He soon followed it up with another collaborative single with the American rapper and singer, Jack Harlow, called 3D in, in September 2023. Around November of the same year, he released his first studio album, GOLDEN.

The album held the song, Standing Next To You, as its title track, and a remix of the same in collaboration with the American singer-songwriter Usher was also released soon after.
