Nebraska Volleyball's Andi Jackson reacted after her team's win at the recent Big Ten match. The Huskers competed with Iowa Women's Volleyball team on Thursday at the Bob Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln.

They overpowered the Iowa team to maintain their unbeaten streak with a dominating scoreline of 3-0. With this feat, they earned a share of the Big Ten title. It also marked their 37th overall conference title and sixth in the Big Ten. During the clash, Jackson scored a scintillating 10 kills with a .571 hit. In a post-match conference, she reflected on the win, saying that although it was a difficult victory to earn, the team enjoyed it. Jackson further opened up about the team's goal of being focused on the next matches.

"Big Ten is not easy to win, and we were just talking about it in the locker room, and we want to celebrate it. It's a really cool thing. Obviously, it is a shared right now, but hopefully we can take it for ourselves. We are ready for the champs, but we wanna celebrate for what it is, but then also understand that we are not done yet, and there's still a long journey ahead of us. December is coming up, selections are coming up. So we are gonna be focused on the rest of the Big Ten season, but then when things end, we are gonna be focused on what's next." (0:24 onwards)

The Nebraska Volleyball team has yet to compete in three Big Ten matches and only needs one victory to bag the Big Ten title. The Nebraska team will be seen competing against Indiana, Penn State, and Ohio State in the remaining season.

"We're fired up to win a share of that" - Nebraska Volleyball's coach Dani Busboom Kelly takes pride after her team's win the Big Ten match

Nebraska Volleyball's coach Dani Busboom Kelly made her feelings known after the team's victory at the recent Big Ten match against Iowa. In the same interview mentioned before, she expressed her pride in being a part of the team.

"Of course, we're fired up to win a share of that, but this team just has much bigger goals," Busboom Kelly said. "It's a huge accomplishment. There was a time when we didn't win for a while, right?"

She added:

"I'm just proud of this group for continuing what they started. I'm proud that I got to be a part of it and continue to be a part of what they started."

Nebraska Volleyball's Coach Busboom Kelly became the first volleyball coach in Big Ten history to win a conference title in the first year of being head coach of any program. She joined the team in January 2025 and replaced the legendary coach, John Cook, who had mentored the team for 25 years.
