Rhea Ripley has been pushed as one of the biggest stars in the Women's Division over the past few years, but that boost may be gone following WWE RAW.

Rhea Ripley came up short to Asuka this week on RAW in what was a standout match for both women, but the first time Ripley had been pinned in singles action since March.

The former Women's Champion had gone 294 days without being pinned in singles action, and last night's RAW saw Asuka pick up a massive win over Mami.

There is a feud on-going between the two women at present, since Mami and Iyo Sky have been pushing for a shot at the Women's Tag Team Championships. This could be a sign of things to come for Rhea heading into Royal Rumble season.

Will Rhea Ripley be able to come back from this loss?

Rhea Ripley is still one of the biggest stars in the company despite this loss and will get her shot Women's Tag Team Championships on the January 5th episode of RAW.

The duo could pick up the titles for the first time as a team, which would allow Ripley to hold a title again. This would be the first time she has held gold in almost 300 days, since Iyo Sky was the woman who pinned her for the Women's Championship back in March.

Sky has since lost that title to Naomi, who was forced to vacate the championship when she announced she was pregnant a few weeks later, before Stephanie Vaquer won the deciding match to name a new champion.

Vaquer is still the reigning Women's World Champion and will defend her title in a triple threat match on the same night that Ripley and Sky will push to win the Women's Tag Team Championships.
